| Good day:
CANADA POST AND CUPW REACH TENTATIVE AGREEMENT
The National Executive Board (NEB) of the Canadian Union of Postal workers (CUPW) and Canada Post Corporation have reportedly reached an agreement in principle for a new collective agreement to cover the 48,000 members of the urban operations unit. The four year collective agreement would remain in effect until January 31, 2011, provided the terms are ratified by the CUPW membership. Voting will take place locally over the coming weeks.
Schedules:
Please keep us up to date on your mailing schedules. This is very important to Frontier and Canada Post in order to provide you the service you require.
Business Reply Mail:
Canada Post has set July 1st as the cut off date to accept the old standard BRE's with the old flat bar code. Please insure you are updating your artwork. We can produce artwork here and have it e-mailed to you. Once your art department has set this up, it must be approved by Canada Post to protect you from potentially high surcharges.
Thank you
John
